This Is our Mission

Our foundation need your help with sponsorship and the opportunity to give back and funding for these children and adults to be well ,our organization has been in operation for over 10 years.

Our foundation is an entertainment and performing arts Foundation,

and has performed all over the world, we will be performing in a show August 1

this year 2018 from the impress theatre in Vallejo California and we are hoping to raise funds, with the aid of Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and donate to the parents of children with a diagnosis cancer.

Every year more than 8,600 children are diagnosed with some form of cancer and over 1,500 children are stricken with this disease die. There are 12 types of childhood cancer, but childhood leukemia, brain and central nervous childhood leukemia, system tumors make up more than half of all new cases (National Cancer Institute).

We plan to raise money from the benefit to aid the parents of children diagnosed with cancer, to aid in treatment by giving the parents less to worry about. There is so much the parents have to deal with, getting the sick child to appointments, treatments, worrying about their other children by providing caregivers, parking and many other incidentals. The money raised by our performance will help by going to families in need.

Studies have shown that childhood cancer treatments consume up to 26% of a families’ income.(National Center for Biotechnology Information). My step-daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia at 18 and subsequently passed away, so I can relate with the strain of a family that has this disease can be put through, this the foundation would like to help ease the burden on these families.

With the help I am proposing, the parents of these children can continue to seek care without some of the burden. The proceeds would to split among the families and they can use the money to help pay for treatments, parking fees, childcare, meals, and other services that people often don’t take into account. The funds would be given to the children of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for distribution and your bank could also Pledge or donate $ 25.00 ,$50.00 are event $1000.00 to the cause.

These children have to fight so hard and their parents fight just as hard beside them.We are hoping that the proceeds raised can help lift the burden miniscule amount are what ever you would like to give.

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter and I hope that I can count on your support.

Sincerely,

Cotton Candy and Happy PoPcorn Mary Lou Foundation

The Authentic Tribute: Kiesha Wright as Tina Turner

From the Ike & Tina Turner Revue to the Solo Stage

Few tribute artists can say they learned from the source, but for Kiesha Wright, the "Tina Turner experience" is more than just an act—it is a piece of her own history. Performing under the name Mary Bennett, Kiesha had the legendary opportunity to work directly with the "Real Deal" herself as an Ikette in the iconic Ike & Tina Turner Revue.

As one of the very last performers to share the stage with the duo, Kiesha didn't just watch the magic; she lived it. During her time on tour, she mastered the high-octane choreography and the unmistakable stage presence that made Tina Turner a global phenomenon.

A Personal Legacy The time spent with the great legend, Tina Turner, was a joy that Kiesha carries with her to this day. It was a professional bond so genuine that Tina knew her simply as Mary Bennett. To ensure this incredible chapter of history was never forgotten, Kiesha’s mother kept her original Ikette dresses and shoes, along with her pay stubs from the Revue. These treasures stand as a testament to the time Kiesha spent close to the "Real Thing," learning from the best to become the powerhouse performer she is today
